It does calculate sum of penalty for each late payment period. If one account has arrear in two payment periods, it calculates a penalty for both payment periods. For 1st period = 1st loan due + interest due till 1st period. For 2 nd period = 1st loan due + 2nd loan due + interest due till 2nd period. |
